Having worked at top-tier law firms in London, İstanbul & Ankara, she has more than 20 years of experience in corporate, commercial and regulatory matters with advising clients on landmark cross border M&A deals, privatizations and joint venture projects. She has successfully represented several clients during ICC arbitration proceedings involving shareholder disputes. In addition to her law practice, she is also practicing as a licensed mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice in Turkey, and she is one of the founding members of EGE Mediation & Dispute Resolution Center in Marmaris, Turkey.
